Return & Refund Policy

VKMSilks, a brand operated by M/S Shadhan Creations Private Limited, does not entertain order cancellations once payment has been successfully completed, as order processing begins immediately.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed only on purchases made through VKMSilks.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered as a standard policy.
  • Exceptions may be made only in extreme cases, such as:
    • Receipt of a damaged product
    • Dispatch of an incorrect product

Such cases will be evaluated and approved solely at the discretion of VKMSilks (M/S Shadhan Creations Private Limited).

Exchange Policy

In the rare event that you wish to request an exchange, please carefully review the guidelines below:

  • All products are dispatched only after thorough quality checks. Customers are required to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
  • Products purchased during discount sales or promotional periods are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Submission of an unboxing video is mandatory to consider any exchange request arising due to defects or damages.
  • Please contact our customer care team before shipping the product back to us.
    An 8% payment gateway charge will be deducted for approved exchange requests. This amount will be converted into credit points, redeemable on your next purchase only.
  • Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
    • Minor color variations between the website images and the actual product, as professional and daylight images are provided for accuracy.
  • The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
    • Sarees with the blouse portion cut
    • Tasselled sarees
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or promotional items
  • To request an exchange, please write to vkmsilksarni@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing:
    • Order details
    • Reason for exchange
    • Unboxing video (mandatory in case of defects or damage)
  • vkmsilks.com does not accept returns.
    If an exchange request is found invalid, the customer will be informed with a valid reason.
